George Houston, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and education. Currently serving as Senior Faculty for societal impact and Global Markets Design & Delivery Manager at the Center for Creative Leadership since August 2012, Houston oversees faculty recruitment, onboarding, and the instructional design process. Previously, Houston contributed as Adjunct Faculty at the Executive Leadership Council from August 2008 to January 2023, co-facilitating programs aimed at increasing the presence of Black executives in leadership roles. Earlier experience includes a Program Manager position at the Center for Creative Leadership, where Houston managed the design and delivery of the Leadership at the Peak program for senior executives. Houston holds a Ph.D. in Leadership & Change from Antioch University and a BA/MAT in US History & Education from Colorado State University.
