Holly Tompson

Holly Tompson, PhD, PCC, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching and leadership development. Currently serving as the Director of Coaching Excellence at Landit since July 2016, Holly also holds the position of Senior Faculty & Executive Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership since December 2018. Previously, Holly was the Associate Director of Coaching at Rice University from January 2016 to January 2019 and served as Assistant Professor of Management and Leadership at Florida Southern College from August 2011 to December 2015. Holly's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the University of South Carolina, a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Psychology from Trinity University, and certification in Leadership Coaching through Georgetown University and the International Coaching Federation.
