Katarzyna Perłowska

Katarzyna Perłowska, ORSC™, is an experienced Associate Coach and Facilitator at the Center for Creative Leadership since April 2018, contributing to leadership development across diverse organizations globally. As a Social Psychologist and Relationship Alchemist at Perlovska since January 2016, Katarzyna specializes in enhancing team collaboration through structured practices rooted in social psychology. Possessing a strong background in talent acquisition and organizational effectiveness from a tenure at Mondelēz International, Katarzyna has held several key roles, including Agile Team Coach and Talent & Organization Effectiveness Manager. Prior experience included HR management at LU Polska and Accenture. Katarzyna holds a Master's degree in Cross-cultural Social Psychology from the Warsaw School of Psychology and completed training at CRR Global in 2016.
