Patrick Sweet

Patrick Sweet serves as the Client Engagement Director for Europe at the Center for Creative Leadership, where Patrick co-founded the Geneva Leadership Alliance and drives the strategy and implementation of leadership programs. Previously, Patrick held roles including Regional Director for Northern Europe, facilitating leadership development for global clients, and Owner of Value Development Scandinavia AB, providing value development strategies to private clientele. Patrick's extensive experience includes partnerships in various organizations focused on leadership assessment, talent management, and service innovation, with a strong academic foundation that includes a PhD in Economics from Lund University and studies at the University of Southern California and the University of Michigan.
