Rui Goncalves

Rui Goncalves is an experienced professional in business development and strategic partnerships, currently serving as the Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Director for Iberia at WiZink since May 2018. Rui has a proven track record in driving innovation and operational excellence, including spearheading digital transformation initiatives and launching award-winning fintech products, such as the "Unido" mobile app. Prior to WiZink, Rui held roles at BNP Paribas Personal Finance and NOVO BANCO, focusing on partnership development and operational management. Rui co-founded Kite Temple, Lda and has extensive experience in organizational change and process improvement from previous positions at BPI and Banco Espírito Santo S.A. Rui holds multiple executive education qualifications and a Master of Engineering in Management and Industrial Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.
