Rani Bhatia-Durand

Rani Bhatia-Durand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development, organizational change, and executive coaching. As the Managing Partner at Alethéia Leadership since December 2009, Rani specializes in executive coaching, facilitation, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. Rani also contributes as a CCL Executive and Associate Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership since May 2017. Prior roles include Learning Director Academies at Sanofi, where Rani focused on critical business academies, and Global Director of Management Programs at CGGVeritas, responsible for the strategy and delivery of global management and leadership development programs.
