Rosemary Richmond's work experience begins in 1995 when they joined the Center for Creative Leadership as a Client Advisor. Rosemary excelled in this role and was promoted to Team Leader. In this position, Rosemary contributed to the organization's success by developing and launching targeted outreach campaigns. Due to their exceptional performance, they were promoted once again to become a Client Development Manager. In this role, they cultivated and grew business relationships with Fortune 100 C-level executives and Federal Government agencies, exceeding revenue goals for their business unit. Rosemary was then promoted to Senior Manager, Client Services, where they spearheaded a service organization generating 23% of the company's revenue. Rosemary was responsible for driving the strategic direction of the Contact Center, recruiting and training staff, and achieving quotas. Most recently, in 2022, Rosemary was promoted to Director, Customer Success. Rosemary'sresponsibilities in this position include increasing client growth and expansion, defining audience strategies, and delivering greater impact to the client base. Rosemary focuses on building a team to support client communications and advocacy programs.

Rosemary Richmond received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Rosemary then pursued a Master of Science degree in Adult Education & Human Resource Development from the same university, completing it in 2011.
