Seth Vaughan

Seth Vaughan is a business partner at the Center for Creative Leadership since June 2021, bringing extensive experience in workplace and corporate development from roles at the United Way of Santa Barbara County, where Seth served as both Manager and Development Executive from September 2017 to June 2021. Prior to that, Seth held positions as Campaign Manager and Campaign Specialist at the United Way of Greater Greensboro between July 2015 and September 2017. Early experience includes sales roles at EVERGREEN LINE and a resume advisory position at Wheaton College. Seth holds a Master of Arts in Theology/Theological Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, both from Wheaton College.
