Gautam Chandra

Gautam Chandra is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Sodexo since September 2025, Gautam previously held the position of Sr. Manager HRM/ HRBP at Tata Steel from June 2022 to August 2025, following an earlier role as Manager HRM/ HRBP. Prior to Tata Steel, Gautam was a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Syngene International Limited for a brief period in late 2021 and completed a Summer Internship at Maruti Suzuki India Limited in mid-2020. Gautam Chandra holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the Xavier Institute of Social Service, completed in 2021.
