Shelly Dudley

Shelly Dudley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development, training, and facilitation across various sectors. Currently serving as a Faculty Facilitator at the Center for Creative Leadership and as a Facilitator/Instructor at Management Concepts since June and October 2023 respectively, Shelly specializes in training federal government agencies in leadership, customer service, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence. Additionally, as an Instructor of Adult Learning at the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota, Shelly develops and delivers programs in leadership and business development and provides executive coaching for corporate and government clients. With previous roles including Global Trainer at Emerge Consulting Services LLC, Director of Strategic Training and Content Management at Hilton Hotels, and Regional Director of Operations at Alliance Hospitality, Shelly has demonstrated expertise in creating impactful educational programs and enhancing performance with a focus on operational excellence.
