Stephen B Jeong

Stephen B Jeong, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional in the field of industrial-organizational psychology with extensive experience in human capital management and leadership development. Currently serving as a Senior People Scientist and Senior Faculty in Leadership Analytics at the Center for Creative Leadership since November 2018, Stephen has previously held key positions such as Managing Partner and Assessment Specialist at Waypoint People Solutions and Associate Project Director at Towers Watson. Stephen’s academic experience includes a role as a Visiting Professor at Golden Gate University, where graduate courses in I/O psychology were taught. Stephen's educational background includes a Ph.D. and Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from The Ohio State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Davis.
