Ariana Aboulafia currently serves as Policy Counsel for Disability Rights in Technology at the Center for Democracy & Technology and as a Professional Affiliate at The Center for Information, Technology, & Public Life. Previously, Ariana held the role of Officer in Journalism at the Knight Foundation, managing a multi-million dollar grant portfolio focused on local journalism and First Amendment protections. Prior experience includes acting as an Assistant Public Defender at the Law Offices of the Public Defender for the 11th Judicial Circuit, a Research Assistant to Dean Marni Lennon at the University of Miami School of Law, and a Legal Extern with the ACLU. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science & Law, History, and Culture from the University of Southern California.
