Bill Bernstein

Bill Bernstein currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Health Law and Regulation at New York University School of Law and as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Since January 2003, Bill Bernstein has been a Partner at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, where Bill is the Chairperson of the Board and Leader of Manatt Health, a national health care strategy and advisory practice. Bill Bernstein is also on the Health Policy & Management Executive Council at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and serves as Chairperson for both the Center for Democracy & Technology and Human Rights in China. Bill Bernstein began their legal career as a Law Clerk for The Honorable Raymond J. Pettine in 1982 and also held a position as a Special Assistant at the Department of Health, Education and Welfare. Educational qualifications include a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA/MA in History from Brown University.
