Caitlin Cavanaugh, MA, LMHCA has a diverse work experience. Caitlin started their career as a Practicum Intern at the Gestalt Equine Institute of the Rockies in January 2013 and worked there until April 2013. In August 2013, they became a Member of the Healthy Futures program as a part of AmeriCorps Compact Service Corps, where they focused on community mental health. Caitlin also interned as a Counseling Intern at the Girls Athletic Leadership School from August 2013 to June 2014.

Cavanaugh joined the Boulder Valley School District in September 2011 as a Substitute Supervisor for School Age Care and continues to work there with an unspecified end date. Caitlin also served as a Board Member and Trip Leader at the Koru Foundation from June 2014 to present.
