Caitlin Cavanaugh Ma, Lmhca

Caitlin Cavanaugh, MA, LMHCA has a diverse work experience. Caitlin started their career as a Practicum Intern at the Gestalt Equine Institute of the Rockies in January 2013 and worked there until April 2013. In August 2013, they became a Member of the Healthy Futures program as a part of AmeriCorps Compact Service Corps, where they focused on community mental health. Caitlin also interned as a Counseling Intern at the Girls Athletic Leadership School from August 2013 to June 2014.

Cavanaugh joined the Boulder Valley School District in September 2011 as a Substitute Supervisor for School Age Care and continues to work there with an unspecified end date. Caitlin also served as a Board Member and Trip Leader at the Koru Foundation from June 2014 to present.

Since September 2015, they have been working as a Mental Health Therapist at the Center for Discovery Residential/Outpatient Program. Overall, Cavanaugh's work experience encompasses various roles in mental health therapy, counseling, education, and community service.

Prior to their Master's degree, Caitlin completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Environmental Studies at the University of California, Santa Cruz, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
