Matt Argüello

Director of Innovation at Center for Early Education

Matt began his career in education as a teacher in Western Massachusetts and Laguna Beach before starting at The Center in 2011 as Curricular Technology Coordinator. In 2014, he was appointed Director of Innovation, leading CEE’s technology curriculum and spearheading the creation of the Innovation Center. Matt is a member of the Independent Technology Educators of Los Angeles group and has presented at a number of conferences on teaching and technology. Most recently, he presented at the Schools of the Future Conference in 2019 on Using Constraints to Unleash Your Maker Projects. Matt earned his B.A. in Political Science from California State University, Fullerton. He also holds a California Teaching Credential and earned a Master's degree in Educational Technology from Boise State University.
