Ray Hartman

Ray Hartman currently serves as the Director of Flavor Development & Innovation and Master Flavorist at Prinova USA since January 2018. Previously, Ray held the position of Technical Support Manager - Flavors at Sensient Pharmaceutical from March 2014 to December 2017, and worked as a Principal Flavor Chemist at Diageo from 2011 to 2013. Earlier career experience includes serving as Technical Director at FONA International from 2006 to 2011 and as Senior Flavorist at McCormick & Co from 1994 to 2006. Ray Hartman earned an MBA in Business Management from Loyola University Maryland and holds two BSA degrees in Food Science from the University of Florida and Penn State University.
