Lisa Dufour has over 15 years of experience in human resources management. Lisa worked as the Director of Human Resources at the Center for EcoTechnology, where they oversaw benefits management, training, development, performance management, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, they were responsible for the safety program, facilities, and fleet. Lisa also founded Spica Solutions, where they served as an Organizational Consultant, helping organizations with organizational design and human resource policies. Lisa has experience in creating and implementing effective systems, programs, and policies for diverse organizations. Prior to these roles, Lisa was the Director of Human Resources at Hot Mama's Foods and the Human Resources Manager at New England Natural Bakers. Lisa also had various roles in different industries before entering human resources, including installing environmental insulation materials, creating jewelry, selling antiques, and providing English language instruction in Spain.

Lisa Dufour began their education in 1998, where they pursued Human Resources and Organizational Development as their field of study at Various institutions. Lisa continued their studies at Norwich University from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a Master's degree in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation. In 2017, Lisa also obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
