Robert Macary has extensive experience in customer service roles across various industries. Currently, Robert serves as a Customer Service Representative at Hasbro since November 2023. Prior to this, Robert worked as a Program Specialist at the Center for EcoTechnology from September 2022 to September 2023, and has also held positions as a Customer Service Specialist at Global Atlantic Financial Group and an Information System Analyst at LATICRETE International. Earlier roles include HEDIS Clerk at UnitedHealth Group and Aetna, along with temporary positions in customer service at The Money Source Inc., Coordinated Transportation Solutions, Thermo Spa, and Eastern Account System, Inc. Robert completed business preparatory education at Teikyo Post University and attended Crosby High School.

The Center for EcoTechnology has set an ambitious goal for 2020 through 2022 to help 115,000 people and businesses: Reduce carbon emissions equal to removing 100,000 cars off the road for a year; Keep 120,000 tons of waste out of landfills; Save energy equal to powering 35,000 homes for a year; Create $75,000,000 in lifetime savings And we’ll move the needle through innovative pilot efforts: Local carbon reduction projects; Deeper retrofits/strategic electrification; Peak load reduction; Deconstruction; And more!
