Bill R. serves as the Director of Salesforce at the Center for Employment Opportunities since February 2022, bringing extensive experience in Salesforce management and IT leadership. Previously, Bill held the position of Salesforce Platform Manager at SaveOnSP, LLC, and was the CIO at the United Way of Buffalo & Erie County for over two decades, where responsibilities included overseeing IT support and implementing numerous technology solutions, such as cloud computing and database migrations. Earlier experience includes roles focused on network administration and technical support across various organizations. Bill holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Medaille University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
