Cynthia Brackett

Cynthia Brackett serves as the Senior Director of Vocational Services and previously held roles such as Director of Job Readiness and Manager of Job Coaching at the Center for Employment Opportunities since March 2010. In these capacities, Cynthia has provided on-site management, redesigned curricula incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Interventions, developed staff training programs, and collaborated on strategic planning for program improvement. Additionally, Cynthia has experience in workforce development, successfully supporting job seekers, creating workshops, and enhancing staff practices through performance assessments and training. Cynthia is also a participant in the Coro New York Leadership Center's Leadership New York program and holds a Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling along with a Certificate in Career Development.
