From 2008 to 2010, they were a District Manager, Area Manager, Operations Support, and Tax Specialist for H&R Block. From 2010 to 2009, they were a Retail Supervisor and Social Media Manager for Hard Rock International. Lastly, from 2007 to 2009, they were a Social Media Specialist for Hot Topic and a Floor Supervisor for Coach.

Chays Love attended Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College from 2007 to 2009, studying Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In October 2012, they obtained a Registered Tax Return Preparer certification from the Internal Revenue Service.
