Tiffany Elder is an experienced professional with a diverse background in communications, marketing, and skincare formulation. Currently serving as the Regional Communications Manager at the Center for Employment Opportunities since March 2019, Tiffany has also held roles including Senior Associate and Communications Associate within the same organization. As the Founder of KLAY BOTANICS, Tiffany successfully developed a beauty brand focused on handcrafted botanical skincare, emphasizing anti-aging properties and appealing to a targeted audience. Prior experience includes web design at Edgy Bird Designs, where Tiffany enhanced online visibility for e-commerce businesses, and a significant tenure at Artnet as Senior HR Generalist, where the development of an official employee handbook and cost reduction of benefits were key achievements.
