Alejandro Victorica Vega

Alejandro Victorica Vega is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in organizational and employee communication. Currently serving as the Regional Communications Manager at Sensata Technologies since September 2006, Alejandro leads the Communications Team for the Latin America region. Previously, as Communications Coordinator at Sensata Aguascalientes, Alejandro managed both internal and external communications for approximately 4,000 to 5,000 employees. Prior to that, Alejandro worked at Teñidos San Juan, focusing on employee development and engagement during a significant growth period from 700 to nearly 3,000 employees. Alejandro began a career in media as Jefe de Creación Digital at Radio y Televisión de Aguascalientes, specializing in graphic design and production for television. Alejandro holds a Master's degree in Digital Humanities from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Bachelor's degree in Business Communication from Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes.
