Vinita Musapeta

Vinita Musapeta is an experienced professional in inclusive hiring and development, currently serving as the Manager of Inclusive Hiring at the Center for Employment Opportunities since January 2020. In this role, Vinita promotes fair chance hiring practices through knowledge sharing events and training. Prior to this, Vinita held several positions within the organization, including Senior Associate in Inclusive Hiring and Planning & Development Associate, where responsibilities included curriculum development and institutional giving efforts. Vinita's background also includes roles at Madison Strategies Group as a Career Coach and Business Services Specialist, as well as previous experience in development roles at Dillon International, Inc. and the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma. Vinita holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma.
