Lauren Vagle

Lauren Vagle is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various sectors. Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at the Center for Energy and Environment since January 2024, Lauren previously worked at Exxel Outdoors as an HR Specialist and Facilities Administrator from June 2018 to January 2024. Earlier roles include Accounting and HR Manager at Schnepf's Restaurant and an Office Administration/HR Intern at Sodexo, where Lauren developed skills in employee file management, scheduling, and communication. Lauren's internship experience includes working as a Human Resources Intern at TerWisscha Construction, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes. Lauren began a career in customer service as a waitress at Little Crow Country Club. Lauren earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
