Maggie Pears is an experienced professional in the fields of energy, transportation, and environmental studies. Currently serving as the Initiative Manager for the ASHP at the Center for Energy and Environment since June 2025, Maggie previously held multiple roles at the Center for Transportation and the Environment, culminating in managing consultant positions from April 2022 to May 2025. Additionally, Maggie was the Executive Director of the California Transit Training Consortium from November 2023 to May 2025. Prior experience includes various management and operational roles at DANGEROUS MAN BREWING COMPANY LLC from January 2013 to July 2021 and a research advocate position with the Frogtown Neighborhood Association from July 2011 to December 2012. Maggie began a career in the beverage industry with a bartending role at HARRIET BREWING COMPANY LLC. Maggie earned a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Environmental Studies from Macalester College in May 2011.
