Rashaan Keeton

Rashaan Keeton, PE, currently serves as the Program Implementation Manager at the Center for Energy and Environment, overseeing program implementation and business development in Illinois. Previously, Rashaan held the role of Carbon Neutrality Project Manager at the City of Boston, focusing on carbon emissions reduction and energy efficiency programs, particularly for underserved communities. Experience as a Mechanical Project Engineer at Prism Energy Services involved leading energy conservation projects valued over $1.1 million, while prior roles at FirstFuel Software and Demand Management Institute included managing energy audits and developing energy conservation opportunities. Rashaan's educational background includes a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and an M.S. in Energy Science, Technology & Policy from Carnegie Mellon University, complemented by additional studies at Harvard Business School.
