Eileen Moncoeur has extensive experience in non-profit leadership, currently serving as Executive Director at HRDC | Sabal Foundation, which focuses on improving the lives of children with disabilities in Nepal. Eileen is also a Board Member at the Center for Environmental Health and previously held Board Member positions at Mae Tao Clinic and other organizations.
