Nikki Santiago is an experienced HR and operations professional currently serving as the HR & Operations Manager at the Center for Environmental Health since September 2023. Previously, Nikki held various roles at City Year, culminating as People & Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing recruitment processes, facilitating interviews, and implementing procedures to reduce implicit bias. Nikki also worked as a People & Operations Coordinator at City Year, overseeing the onboarding process and managing company assets. Earlier experience includes positions such as Programs Assistant at Cowell Programs & Activities Office and Office Intern at Food, What?!, along with a role as an Americorps Member focusing on student success. Nikki holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Plant Sciences from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
