David Kagan

David Kagan is an experienced professional in editorial and program management roles, currently serving as Associate Editor for The Catalyst at the George W. Bush Presidential Center since June 2023. Previously, David held the position of Program Associate at the International Republican Institute, where responsibilities included executing programs to combat foreign malign influence in Europe and authoring proposals and reports. David's earlier roles include editorial internships at The American Interest and POLITICO, as well as research assistance for Senator John McCain. David obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History from Hamilton College in 2020.
