Pavel Havlicek

Pavel Havlicek is a proficient Research Fellow with expertise in Ukrainian and Russian foreign and domestic policy, as well as Eastern European affairs. Pavel has a background in translation and administrative support, and has volunteered in various organizations. Pavel is currently involved in multiple research projects and fellowship programs related to civil society and foreign policy in Eastern Europe.
