Cydnee Phoenix

Cydnee Phoenix is an experienced professional in workforce development and community engagement, currently serving as the Director of Workforce Development at the Center For Family Services since April 2023. Prior roles include Dean of Community Engagement at Principle Academy Charter from August 2018 to July 2022, and Executive Director of Supplier Development & Diversity at Prince George's County Central Services from August 2016 to April 2018. Additional experience includes Vice President of Operations and Programs at Philadelphia OIC and Vice President, EEO & Community Outreach at Revel Entertainment LLC. Cydnee also held the position of Vice President at BOE Securities, Inc., a global financial services boutique. Earlier career highlights include work with INROADS from 1998 to 2009. Cydnee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Howard University and Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.
