Bridget Rodriguez is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in recruitment, employee engagement, and benefit administration. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at the Center for Family and Child Enrichment, Inc. since May 2022, Bridget is responsible for managing the recruitment process and benefit administration. Previously, Bridget worked as a Provider & Community Engagement Specialist and Special Project Coordinator at DAY CARE COUNCIL OF NEW YORK INC, facilitating training and events for child care providers. Additional experience includes roles at Union Settlement Association, New York Presbyterian Hospital, Healthfirst, New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, and Lenox Hill Hospital, focusing on recruitment and workforce development. Bridget holds a Master of Science in Allied Health Studies/Healthcare Management and a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Studies from the University of Mount Saint Vincent.

The Center for Family and Child Enrichment is a private, nonprofit, community-based organization that serves children who have been abused, neglected and/or abandoned, children with severe emotional disturbances and in need of mental health care, and children in the custody of parents or relatives who are chronic runaways and/or are ungovernable. Each year, our services touch the lives of more than 6,500 children and families throughout Miami-Dade County.
