Kristina Sinclair is a Staff Attorney at the Center for Food Safety since August 2021. Previously, Kristina served as a Food Project Law Fellow at Public Justice from August 2019 to June 2021. Kristina gained experience as a Clinical Student in the Environmental Law Clinic at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law during the 2018-2019 academic year, while also serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for Appellate Advocacy. Prior legal roles include Law Clerk positions at the Environmental Law Foundation and Public Advocates in 2018 and 2017, respectively. Kristina began their legal career as a Legal Administrative Assistant at Altshuler Berzon from September 2014 to July 2016, and held various research and teaching roles while completing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign before earning a Juris Doctor with a focus on Environmental Law from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.
