Dulce S. Rodas currently serves as a Staff Attorney at the Center for Gender & Refugee Studies (CGRS), having been promoted from a Legal Fellow role upon bar admission in December 2023. Prior to this position, Dulce held various legal roles, including Law Clerk at CGRS, where research focused on asylum cases, and Legal Intern at the ACLU’s Immigrants' Rights Project. Extensive experience includes a Legal Externship at the National Immigration Law Center, a Judicial Externship with the United States District Court, and a Senior Paralegal role at the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA). Dulce's educational background includes a Doctor of Law from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College in Sociology and Government.
