Hadley Fitzgerald, LMSW, is a seasoned professional in the social work field with extensive experience in program management and policy analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at the Center for Health Care Strategies since July 2022, Hadley also holds an adjunct position at Hunter College since May 2020. Previous roles include Senior Policy Analyst at The Council of State Governments Justice Center, Regional Planning Consortium Coordinator and Co-Response Coordinator at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, and Mental Health Social Worker at Brooklyn Defender Services. Hadley began the career journey as a Jails Action Coalition Intern at the Urban Justice Center and later served as a student representative for the National Association of Social Workers - NYC Chapter. Educational background includes a Master of Social Work from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Arts from New York University.
