Aashini Shrivastav

Aashini Shrivastav, Esq. is a dedicated legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently serving as a Staff Attorney at the Center for Heirs' Property Preservation, Aashini assists clients with probates, heir determinations, and property title issues while also drafting legal documents and presenting at seminars. Previously, Aashini held leadership as the President of the Board of Directors for NAMI Charleston Area and worked at Community Legal Aid, focusing on civil legal aid for victims of crime. Aashini has also gained valuable experience as a legal intern at organizations such as Earthjustice and the Mental Hygiene Legal Service, and participated in the Benjamin B. Ferencz Human Rights and Atrocity Prevention Clinic. Educational credentials include a JD from Cardozo School of Law, a Master's in Bioethics from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Theology from Boston College.
