Freda Driscoll-Sbar

Joining CHD in 2020, Freda has an extensive background in compliance, compliance risk and quality improvement, as well as a clinical and direct care background. Freda served for over 12 years as director of systems operations at Wellmore Behavioral Health in Waterbury, CT, and has previously worked in behavioral health organizations across Western Mass. In her role, Freda works alongside CHD’s compliance team to help oversee regulatory and legal obligations on the federal and state levels across the organization’s broad and diverse service offerings. Freda holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Antioch College.
