The Outreach and Coordinator Team at the Center for Human Development focuses on engaging with the community to raise awareness, provide essential support, and connect individuals to necessary resources. They work collaboratively to ensure seamless service delivery and access to social and mental health services for vulnerable populations in western MA and CT.
