Software Engineer Intern at Center for Internet Security

Garrett McGuire is a dedicated software engineering student at Kennesaw State University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering with an expected graduation in May 2025. Currently, Garrett is the Google Developer Group On Campus Lead at Google and a Software Engineer Intern at the Center for Internet Security, while also serving as a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst Intern. Previous experience includes serving as an Alpha Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador at Microsoft, where Garrett established the Microsoft Student Learn program at KSU, and holding the Vice President position at the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), organizing events and teaching classes on cybersecurity topics. Garrett's early career included roles at Fiserv and SAP, providing technical support and managing security practices, respectively, as well as contributing to events as an ambassador for Google Developer Student Clubs. Prior to this, Garrett gained valuable leadership experience as a Lead Court Monitor at Sky Zone Franchise Group.
