Center for Leadership Development
Jazlyn Visor is an experienced Program Coordinator at the Center for Leadership Development, where responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating the development program, managing curriculum updates, and supervising program staff since July 2021. Previous roles include serving as a Social Media and Marketing Intern at Michaelis Corporation, where online promotion and campaign evaluation were key tasks, and a Marketing and Communications Intern at Indie Connect, focusing on podcast development and event marketing. Other experience includes serving as a Resident Advisor at Central State University, where program planning and student counseling were emphasized, and earlier internships in marketing and escrow at Union Savings Bank. Jazlyn Visor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Central State University and graduated with Academic Honors from Carmel High School.

For over 40 years, the Center for Leadership Development has served as a beacon of college and career readiness for families in Indianapolis. Our mission is to foster the advancement of minority youth in Central Indiana as future professional, business and community leaders by providing experiences that encourage personal development and educational attainment. Our vision is to establish CLD as one of the most preeminent centers in the nation for inspiring the highest character and leadership skills, and the highest academic, college and career achievement in African American Youth.
