Patience Sides is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and human resources. Currently serving as an Account Manager at The Center for Leadership Studies since July 2024, Patience previously worked as a Membership Assistant at the YMCA of Greensboro’s Corporate Office and as a Human Resources Specialist at Atlas Production Group. Patience's career includes roles such as Associate Executive Director at Spears YMCA and Membership Director at YMCA of Greensboro, focusing on operational leadership, membership development, and community engagement. Earlier experience includes serving as ACES Site Coordinator for Guilford County Schools and Director of Family Services at YMCA of Greensboro. Patience holds a Bachelor's degree in Community Recreation and Event Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
