Carly Agar is the Founder and CEO of Carly Agar Training, established in July 2021, where the focus is on helping Customer Success job seekers secure competitive roles, successfully aiding over 400 individuals with a 55% job placement rate within 90 days in 2023. Additionally, Carly serves as an Instructor at Pavilion for CSM School and as a Community Manager for CS Job Seekers at Gain Grow Retain. Previously, Carly held various roles at Heap, including Customer Success Enablement Manager and Strategic Customer Success Manager, achieving notable performance metrics such as a 112% Net Retention rate and multiple accolades. Other experiences include positions at Optimizely, Placed, and News America Marketing. Carly earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Rutgers Business School.
