Kate McElligott

Kate McElligott is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Manager of Strategy and Impact at the Center for Learner Equity, focusing on systemic solutions for students with disabilities. In addition to this role, Kate is an Adjunct Instructor at Tulane University School of Professional Advancement, where graduate-level courses on literacy and evidence-based practices for students with disabilities are designed and taught. Previously, Kate held several key positions at Collegiate Academies, including Network Director of Student Support and Director of Network Intervention & High Incidence Programming, where compliance and instructional programming for special education were enhanced. Kate's educational background includes a Master's degree in Secondary Special Education from The University of Kansas, along with a Graduate Certificate in Special and Inclusive Education.
