Jennifer Thomas Troupe, MBA, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at the Center for Life Management since August 2013, where responsibilities include managing all aspects of Human Resources and aligning HR strategies with business needs. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Human Resources Director at Montserrat College of Art from June 2010 to August 2013, focusing on employee relations and workforce planning. Jennifer co-founded a start-up water distribution organization from May 2004 to October 2010 and was previously the Human Resources Manager for the New England Division of Corporate Express from 1998 to 2004. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and an MBA from Rivier University.
