Joseph Crawford is currently a board member at the Center for Life Management. Prior to that, they were a M365 Technical Solutions Architect at World Wide Technology from July 2020 to June 2021. Prior to that, they were an Advanced Technical Consultant - Digital Workspaces at NTT Ltd. from January 2014 to July 2020, where they designed, built, implemented, and optimized IT solutions for various clients using Microsoft technologies as part of Dimension Data's Service Delivery organization. This position required a broad range of skills, including scripting the build of DHCPv6 servers for a major communications company, analyzing and coordinating the remediation of thousands of security vulnerabilities identified by Qualys scanners to facilitate the integration of acquired companies into the parent global corporation, implementing System Center solutions (Configuration Manager, Operations Manager, Service Manager, Virtual Machine Manager, and Orchestrator) for multiple clients, assisting clients in recovering from security breaches and securing their systems against recent ransomware attacks, and mobile device management (MDM) using VMware AirWatch and deploying Zebra Technologies mobile devices for healthcare.
