Markus Hartono

Markus Hartono is a full-time senior lecturer at the Department of Industrial Engineering, University of Surabaya (Ubaya), Indonesia, since August 2000, specializing in Ergonomics/Human Factors Engineering, Work Measurement and Time Study, and Kansei Engineering in Services. Previously, Markus was a full-time PhD student at the National University of Singapore from January 2008 to January 2012, focusing on Kansei Engineering in services and related Ergonomics research. Markus earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial Engineering with an emphasis on Kansei Engineering from the National University of Singapore from 2008 to 2011, and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Industrial and System Engineering from the same institution in 2004-2005.
