Manasi Saxena

Manasi Saxena is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Nonviolent Communication and education. Serving as a Board Member and Certified Trainer at the Center for Nonviolent Communication since August 2020, Manasi also founded enCOMPASSion in November 2016, a social organization focused on building sustainable communities through collaborative processes. Previous roles include Learning Facilitator and Organiser through freelance work, and editorial positions with various firms, including Outlook India and Ok Play India Ltd. Manasi's educational background includes a Master of Philosophy in Ancient History and a Master of Arts in Ancient Indian History from Jawaharlal Nehru Vishvavidyalaya, along with a Bachelor's degree in History from Delhi University.
