Thayna Meirelles

Thayna Meirelles is a certified trainer at the Center for Nonviolent Communication since February 2022, recognizing a significant journey in the field over five years. As CEO and Founder of Konekti since May 2017, Thayna has trained over 4,000 individuals, promoting connection, authenticity, and responsibility in human relations through Nonviolent Communication. Thayna also serves as a career mentor at AprendeAí.com, contributing to the creation of courses on Nonviolent Communication. Previous academic roles include teaching at UCSal and UNINOVE, as well as conducting post-doctoral research at Universitat de Barcelona. Thayna holds a post-doctorate from Universitat de Barcelona, a doctorate from USP, and a master's degree from FIOCRUZ, alongside a teaching degree in Biological Sciences from the Universidade Federal da Bahia.
