Mireille Martineau

Mireille Martineau is an experienced professional in homeowner assistance and program management, currently serving as the Director of the Homeowner Assistance Fund at the Center for NYC Neighborhoods since September 2021. Prior roles include Program Manager for Women's Legal Resources and Helpline Coordinator at Legal Momentum, Project Manager at the Muslim Women’s Institute for Research and Development, and various positions at the Center for NYC Neighborhoods, including Deputy Program Director for Recovery & Resiliency. Mireille's background includes work as an Assistant Program Officer at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation and a Program Associate at Lawyers Alliance for New York. Educationally, Mireille holds a Master in Urban Planning with a focus on Housing and Economic Development from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies and Environmental Studies from Fordham University.
